Online Tracking/Logging?

I have always used a paper and notebook to track all my workouts.
I have just started using http://www.fivi.com and like it a lot.

Curious, any favorite tracking systems or site you all use???

Just want to make sure I am using the best system, thanks.

I use a spreadsheet that my coach sends me. I also put things into the slowtwitch training log (link above).

ST & logyourrun.com (they give different ways of summarizing the data, so i maintain both).

I love www.running-journal.com.....used it since 2006. Also good fir biking, xtraining, swimming etc. Love how you can get instant training summaries going back for as long as you keep the log and like the set up.

I love my Workoutlog.com account. It's not free but I have several years of data stored as well as races and my training plan.

I use www.trainingpeaks.com

that's what my coach uses to create our workouts. before I had a coach I developed a spreadsheet for myself!

I put my runs and rides into Garmin Connect. But 'tracking' might be a little grandiose for what I use it for - I rarely look at old workouts unless I'm trying to remember the distance of a route. I don't think I have the focus to track stuff. I just like to look at my most recent workout and see the average moving speed/distance etc. That said, my bf's all into tracking stuff and trends and blah blah blah and he uses Garmin Connect.

Check out http://www.runningahead.com/ you can input them manually or upload them directly from your garmin device. It's free and you can track your equipment, create routes, etc.

Also, check http://www.dailymile.com/ It's "pretty" and free, and you can also sync it with your garmin or nike devices. You can link it to your Facebook and Twitter accounts so you can annoy....er....mm.... share your workouts with your friends.
