I desperately want to get back in ANY semblance of shape. It’s been tough after kid #4 though. Waiting for 2 kids to get back to school so I can manage something exercise related with only 2 kids in tow!😂😂

Thanks all! First test back is Sunday (also my birthday). An Olympic distance AB and supposedly a "pretty flat" bike course. Should be fun. It will be the first time to wear a one-piece tri suit in a race.

I wore a one-piece kit last weekend for the first time and I swear it was a game changer. No futzing with the tank top, no worrying about "scaffolding" under the top, no budge at all in the shorts. I'm not sure how I'll feel about it for longer distances but dude, yeah.
