I ran 30 min yesterday and ball of foot still hurting. Was that the RR you wanted? (smart ass). RR is at the blaaaag. And we have touched greatness - hung with Zach Rubble and his fiance for the weekend. :)

Congratulations! Very nice work. Doubly impressive that it was at the end of an ironman. I'm training for a marathon right now and if it's anything like the run leg of Ironman Canada, I'm quitting and heading for the nearest bar! ;-P
