In 2007 a friend of mine was waiting to start a training run and was tragically hit by a car and killed. A year later I started the Liz Duncan Memorial Run and every year it has proven to be an amazing event.

This year the race created a story that truly has left me without words and changed forever. I hope you take the time to read this news article because it truly will inspire you!
