I think the Addidas flip flops are actually somewhat more stylish. I've got a pair myself. But they'd squish my toes together as much as my usual loafers would and not deal with the blister issue.

Well, the cops that have seen me so far today have made fun of me lol. Adidas flip flops aren't quite the Duty Boots I should be wearing :D

We have a lot of snow and stuff around here. I have to wear boots (or else deal with wet shoes all day). But boots, while you're inside, are no fun.

I happen to have a pair of slippers that, as long as you don't look too closely, can pass for shoes. They're brown and shoe-looking, like soft penny loafers almost.

I've been walking outside in boots and then as soon as I get into a building, I swap for my slippers.

It is fantastically fun :D so today I wore: brown dress pants, clingy black sweater... and SLIPPERS!!!!!!!

Not that the boots went with the dress pants in the first place but in Maine in winter we overlook that.

I love the PJ bottoms! I've been caught riding home from work in the strangest of clothing - half work attire half cycling attire. I so wish I could just work from home, but then again it might be challenging to teach first and second grade from home. Hmmmm

My stupid stomach has really been acting up lately, and after 2 weeks of feeling like crap I have started to feel very sorry for myself ...therefore I am in 'screw you, I will wear whatever I please' mode.

Today, at work/lab, out in public: dark Grey adidas yoga pants, a black sports bra, a ratty old (from middle school, I believe) light grey v-neck tee, a black under armour hoodie, and running shoes. I swear if it was a few degrees colder I would be wearing Uggs, dignity be damned. My hair matches the 'outfit' as I threw it into a ponytail while still wet, and the humidity has made the little wispies frizz out like crazy as my hair dried.

I think this palce may actually have a dress code for the 'real' employees ...hmm...

I've been at work for 2 hours and have somehow managed not to change out of my fleece pants, hoodie and running shoes. Not exactly the military uniform I'm supposed to be wearing.
