goals were
7/7 days of healthy coping skills - done!
little bit of strength every day - done!
do stuff that makes me faster - check
write in journal most days - check

6 swims, total of 18,427 yds (I'm in a meter pool but my log is in yards)
6 runs, total of 34.4 mi

goals this week are the same as last.

Glad to see you're thriving Dr TC!

Our kitchen is being renovated so there's a lot of disruption and at the moment I feel like I'm just trying to keep my head above water with the day to day.
