Ankle got a little better, then I ran too much and it started to hurt again. Dr's appt tomorrow. Want to reassure myself it's just ligament stuff.
Week of vacation/Thanksgiving was great family time! sports were
swim 4x, 15,600 yds total
run 5x, 25.42 mi total
bike 1x, 31.7 mi total
did strength (just a little bit) 3x, journaled a couple times
goals this week are the same as last: healthy coping skills, journal, little bit of strength each day
maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
