PT every day done

On Tues of last week I signed up for a duathlon, which changed my plans a little. It was my first duathlon and it went well; I got 3rd AG (note.. there were like 37 women total and I may have been person 3 of 3 in my AG); I was pleased w my run paces on both run legs. There's a RR on the main forum, if anyone is more interested. It was a 5k/25k/5k

totals for the week
swim - 4000 yds total (3x)
bike - 76 mi total (3x)
run - 28.6 mi (4 days of running but 5 runs because of duathlon)

My goals this week are
healthy coping
RECOVER FROM THE RACE - seriously, I don't want to end up hurt from pushing it
journal every day
2x upper body strength (no lower as want to recover from race)
PT for shoulder every day
hip PT-ish exercises 3x

I am very scared of getting hurt post race because that happened to me in Jan 2022 from doing too much a few days after, hence what may seem overly cautious.

One thing that will help me keep it in check this week is my mom cat gave birth to six kittens this morning :-) so I don't want to be away a lot!!!
