healthy coping - Friday wasn't totally perfect but I'm trying to be less perfectionistic and I didn't really use unhealthy coping mechanisms, I just could have chosen healthier ones. Sorry if that doesn't make a lot of sense, I don't want to talk details. Basically I'm 23/23 this year with several weeks in a row before that!
I journaled a few times.
I did some PT-sort of strength a couple times. I didn't do any actual lifting.
swam 6 times (13,000 yds or so)
ran 6 times (32 miles)
biked once (34 miles)
goals this week are the same as last
maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
