Hi. I've been lurking a while. After I saw a really funny video about The Womens on youtube, it made me appreciate that The Womens is here.

I just finished my first season of tri. Originally planned on doing nothing longer than an oly, but after a foot injury switched to long course swim/bikes. I'm hooked and plan on doing my first iron distance next Fall.
No coasting in running and no crying in baseball
