"Everyday Grain-free Gourmet" by Jodi Bager and Jenny Lass
- gluten-free, refined sugar free and low-lactose recipes that actually taste good.

thanks..I am going to get this one I think as I have celiac but also avoid when possible rice and other grains. I like The Specific Carbohydrate cookbook as its recipes are from all over the place, lots of indian and african recipes with no rice. I dont buy many cookbooks and go to the web...Comfy Belly has great recipes! I like recipes that dont use rice flour, etc and stick to nut flours.

Not a cookbook, but a gluten free food blog. Every recipe I've made is outstanding from http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/
Do a search if you're looking for something specific - lots of good stuff on there.
