Can anyone suggest a decent saddle for my 55 year old stud sister who has been getting recurring UTI from riding on an uncomfortable road saddle. Apparently, the tissue around her privates has lost some of its cushioning ability due to menopause, and her urethra is not enjoying the front row seats so much. Much discomfort and ensuing issues. She uses a road bike, loves to ride, but is becoming less enthusiastic due to this issue. Any suggestions would be most helpful.
