Fit Ball For Office?
I'm in the process of redoing our basement to turn it into my home office since I work from home 3x week and was thinking about getting a fit ball to sit on. Actually thinking of getting one of these as it takes up less room to put on the office chair as I can use the real fit balls at the gym for other core workouts:

Anyone use one of these or something similar at the office? Like it? Hate it? Suggestions for best use? My seated posture while at the computer is horrible so I'm hoping it would help me strengthen up my core and actually sit up right while working so as to keep my lower back from hurting. Any added benefits of better posture and sexy abs would also be greatly appreciated.

Um, which side would be up?

;-)

I have one of those but never used it to sit on. Good idea. They aren't expensive and at a minimum they are good for working on your balance. I stand on mine on one leg and try not to fall over.

I used to have a fit ball in my office. Worked great. But, you can still get away with a lazy posture on them.
My only problem with it is that I found it too low for my desk and if you need to reach for anything that is not close to you, you can't just wheel away as you would on a chair, you have to get up or stretch out - depends on what you'll be doing, it might end up annoying you. Other than that, I like it.
