I have a friend that has always been a bop runner, maybe a mop on a good day. After having her son she started winning her age group.

Great article.. go mamas.

I was a 6:30 miler in high school.. 5:20 after 3 kids. I got a little faster with each one. Go figure? Higher pain tolerance after nat childbirth? A little leaner after each kid? I have no idea why, really, but it's a nice bonus. :)
