Because it's the first sports-themed cross stitch and needlework piece I've come across in a long time that didn't look too simplistic or too cheesy, I ended up ordering one, even though I'm not usually into that kind of design.

Alas, the T in that series is probably going to be T is for Teacher, and not T is for Triathlete.

That's pretty nice. I'd never even thought about cross-stitch until I came across a book from this woman. It inspired me to make some sarcastic cross-stitch pieces as gifts. It was surprisingly fun and easy to do. Plus the looks on people's faces when they opened their presents was awesome.

My mom's birthday is tomorrow, and she's an awesome, 50+ marathon MACHINE!!!! ...that likes to cross-stitch when she's taking time off from being a bad-ass :-) This is the greatest gift ever!
