Annual Membership: All Programs - $399




A 25 week program that offers comprehensive coaching in all three disciplines: Waves/Swim, Wind/Run and Wheels/Cycle. The highest caliber coaches in Colorado will provide the elite training you have been looking for with a manageable time commitment at an affordable investment in a friendly environment with like-minded women. Beginners are welcome!

Swim Focus: Waves Indoor Swimming Program - $199



A 13-week comprehensive indoor swim program that will provide detailed focus on every aspect of freestyle swimming, Each participant will learn all of the essentials to feel comfortable and confident in the water.

Bike Focus: Wheels Group Cycling Program - $149




An 8 week comprehensive cycling program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of cycling from the importance of a bike fit to the skill required to change a tire and conduct basic bike maintenance to tips on braking, shifting, cornering, cadence, climbing and descending. You will learn all of the essentials to feel powerful in the saddle and passionate about riding.

Run Focus: Wind Group Running Program - $149



An 8 week comprehensive running program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of running from the importance of a proper warm up to speed and strength drills that will ensure proper running form and tips to fuel properly and prevent injuries. You will learn all of the essentials to feel effortless and energetic out on your runs.
