I use the Specialized Jett and love it. I went through many saddles before I found this one. Another popular choice is the Terry Butterfly.

Saddles are such an individual thing that it's hard to suggest any particular one. What I would suggest is ordering or buying from places that allow returns. Terry has a 30 day return policy. So does Koobi. Performance also allows saddle returns. I'm sure there are others.

For what it's worth... I tried about 10 different saddles and finally ended up with the Koobi tri saddle.

Seach "saddle" in this forum and you'll get about 100 posts, all with about 100 opinions.

Aldamo....but like any saddle it takes time to build up tolerance. The first few long rides will be a bit painful but with time it is great.

I am on my second Terry Butterfly, and I tested about four others prior to finding the Terry saddle. It is not perfect but it is the best I could find. I just keep the castoffs in a box in the garage. The local bike shops weren't crazy about return of a saddle which was "used". .

I had horrible chaffing problems and went through a saddle about every quarter or so. Local tri shop and bicycle shop suggested that I try the ISM Adamo. Took a few rides on the road for me to get used to it. But so far and 100 mile bike ride later, I have no chaffing. Not the most comfortable saddle on the trainer but great for the road. But she just needs to try a lot of them and ride on them for a week or so.

Try one of the new Cobb saddles. http://www.cobbcycles.com. They are excellent for aero. I've been riding the V-Flow Plus for months now with no problems.

I have been riding on a Blackwell Flow saddle for about 6 weeks and by far it is the best tri saddle that I have been on.

Butterfly

How do you deal with the 2 "knobs" that stick up on the front of the saddle, just before the nose? I'm not really sure where to "'put" those, for lack of a better word? They seem to cause more pressure than comfort? Or I am I riding this wrong?

You shouldn't be sitting on the knobs. They are there to make sure your weight is further back. If you're sitting on them then you need to adjust your saddle forward so you won't be. (Forget the photos of the Tour de France guys sitting on the nose of their saddle!)
