My trainer just convinced me to use CLA (conjugated linoleic acid derived from organic safflower) in softgel form. We are trying to pull my abs out in the beginning stages of training for H&F comps. I am experiencing extreme abdominal burning. My guess is that it is due to an already high lean body weight and already low body % fat. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or has anyone used CLA? I am feeling like the weight-room test dummy! Thanks!
