I've got the training down, I just need to get the eating under control ;-) You would think that as much as I love the training, the racing, pushing myself, and the entire Tri lifestyle, I'd be motivated to eat right too. I'm not fast, but I'm faster than I was when I was fat and out of shape. In the menopause thread, we're blaming everything perimenopause or menopause - I just started on some hormones, so that's my excuse.
