Anyone training through pregnancy like me?
I worked out throughout my three pregnancies. My third pregnancy was the best in terms of fitness. I could run and push my older kids in the Thule trailer (90 pounds of kids and trailer) until 28 weeks. I swam, went to the gym etc up until delivery. I swam 4000m the day before I was induced for the birth of my first child. I was pregnant three times between 30-36 and had easy, uncomplicated pregnancies.
Do what you feel is right. You'll know when to stop.
I'm not pregnant now, but that's awesome you're still training! I ran right up until my daughter was born (I wasn't an athlete when I had my other two kids). Happy to answer any questions if you have them!
