Unique Housing: Ironman Boulder
Hi everyone,

Firstly, for those competing, good luck in this year's Ironman Boulder! Secondly, this isn't meant to be an ad, I'm just helping a friend, and hopefully it's useful information for you, too.

I'm sure almost all of you have sorted out your housing for the race, but I know that Boulder has always been short on hotel rooms. I wanted to tell you all about a unique place to stay at 8,300ft, just a few miles up the canyon from Boulder in Nederland, CO.

My friend Aldo, and his wife Renee run a high-altitude training camp in Nederland, CO for all types of endurance athletes. Their "Campo Alto" Colorado Cycling Camp is run out of their beautiful, clean, and quiet home; they can host about 12-16 athletes depending on the individual accommodations. Staying at the camp before your race would be a great way to acclimate to the altitude.

A seven-day stay runs $1099 and includes coffee, fresh fruit, and all your meals; ALL YOUR MEALS, and Aldo is an excellent Italian cook!

Aldo and Renee have been running their Alabama Cycling Camp (winter/spring training) for, I think, 12 years, so they know how to be amazing hosts! To reserve a stay at the camp you could call or email Aldo. 720-347-9290 : aldosfalcin@gmail.com : http://www.coloradocyclingcamp.com/ I hope this was helpful information for you!
