Just thought I would share with you all this app some of you might have already heard of it. Basically used a few of the tips in the City of Birmingham triathlon and the Stratford 220 triathlon back in may, proved to be really effective its written by Andy Bullock so you know it will have decent information anyway its called Triathlon Coach so see what you think and hopefully it can help you in some way.
