Cannondale slice recall

Sent my 2013 RS Slice in after the recall 4 months ago, still waiting. No compensation, no offer of loaner bike, nothing from cannandale HQ or my LBS. this was my second RS and my last. 24 years with this brand can't wait to get away from them, I have never seen such poor customer service, disgraceful Cannondale, you should be ashamed, you PR manager needs to be fired.

Nothing from Cannondale? I've been loyal for many years and have received varying degrees of friendliness and service. The best service was from the bike shop, not Cannondale themselves. I have found that the shop is the real connection and if they don't demand more from the sales rep/company, it doesn't happen
