I know of one consulting firm here in Wilmington, NC that is presently looking for Civil PE, more of a design engineer position than project management I think, but I am sure that would be a plus. The City of Wilmington has had a couple of openings over the last couple of months, but I do not know if they filled those or not, you may want to try those announcements. Our firm is not looking for one in our Wilmington office and I do not think we have a present need in our Raleigh Office. Shoot me a PM if you want the contact infromation.
