•The ideal applicant must be able to multi-task and be an efficient self starter w/ computer skills and be able to assist customers with bike and accessory purchases.
•Duties to include: Build and maintain high-end Triathlon, time trial and road bikes, answer customer questions, and assist with other operational service department needs.
•Customer Service-focused, pleasant, and able to speak knowledgeably and clearly with sophisticated customers.
•Very attentive to details, including written and physical details.
•Familiar with high-end bikes and components, and able to check quality of work of self and others.
•Organized, flexible, and responsible.
•Be A self-starter with a consistent can-do positive attitude.
•We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience. Weekend work is required.
