- Strong ColdFusion development history. Must understand and demonstrate deep proficiency, and have a history with the language.
- Strong SQL query writing skills.
- XML/SOAP/AJAX experience.
- Really good at debugging web applications.
- Able to come up with solutions on your own, and very quickly.
- A self starter, and self-learner. You will work on a team, but will not be babysat. Must be able to complete projects.
- A team player, who is friendly, easy to work with, and has excellent communication skills.
