This is Jane Pearson, Director of Education at GURU. Wanted to give you all an update on an upcoming training course that we are holding in Denver next week.
We have a few spots remaining for our Mile High Training course on November 10 at Define Cycling in Denver. The 1-day class will be hosted by Mat Steinmetz and Dave Ripley from 51 Speedshop - members of the GURU Academy Advisory.
The course will cover advanced triathlon/time trial fitting technique - and the skills covered in class can be utilized with any fitting methodology or fit system/equipment. See below for a brief summary of the topics to be covered:
- Optimizing a TT position via comfort, power & aerodynamics
- Key characteristics that make all TT positions similar
- How to set up and posture on different saddles
- How to properly position an athlete on aerobars
