1. Frame materials: FELT Ultra-High Modulus Carbon Fiber (For Felt B2 2009) and Felt UHC Carbon Fiber (for Felt B2 2013), and
2. Fork Brand & Model: Felt Bayonet SL UHM (Felt B2 2009) and Felt Bayonet2 UHC (Felt B2 2013)

Is there a hughe difference in seconds between the two models?
