Regarding the Zipp Sub9 disc, what do you mean when you say "new disc installed ... in 2012"? Does the powertap work correctly presently?

I talked with the owner of the wheel and he clarified what he'd shared with me before. He has several PT items and got mixed up.

This wheel is sound and in perfect shape. PowerTap was replaced and was brand new in early 2013. He had trouble with it calibrating and Zipp fixed it.
It is in perfect working order according to only owner.

Comes with skewer, tire, manual and tool to aid in replacing batteries etc.
