Will the hub and/or axle have to be modified to accept an 11speed cassette?

Per both the listing title and the photo of the freehub, it's already an 11-speed wheel. So, uh, no.

bump. cttrimd's issues notwithstanding, you can buy from me with confidence. Here's what's said about one of my recent transactions with STer Seifufu in the sticky thread praising sellers:
