Wheelbuilders Aero Jacket Wheel Cover. Was used a few times for triathlons and a TT. Don’t do much of either anymore so it just sits. See sizing in picture to make sure it will work with your setup. It is right about 22.5 inches and was used with an American classic 40 wheelset. I had to modify the drive side hole to fit. Also I used electrical tape to secure it to the wheelset instead of the pins provided by wheel builder. Not sure if I have all the pins still but will include what I have. Please ask if you have any questions. Cost was 120-130 new.
