I have a pair of well cared for Cane Creek BRS200SL brakes in black I would like to trade for a pair of Dura Ace dual pivots (7700 preferred). Pretty sure they would be of equal (if not in favour of the CCs) value. Original green pads installed (keeping the Aztec pads for myself). Seems they don't have enough reach (by mere mm) for my 420s and I won't modify them to suit my needs. Let me know what you have and I'll see if I can't get some pictures taken (no digicamera of my own).
