As the title says, looking for the above.

Preferably a Trek, Specialized, or Cervelo, something inexpensive ($1,500 ish) but in good shape to use for group rides and some commuting.

I would prefer a complete bike, but would consider a frame and fork and seatpost combo too depending on the price.
