I ride my tri bike at 83 or so degrees and need a frame I can build into a road bike that will be a happy medium between 83 degrees and my old 1987 Cannondale that is 73 degrees. I won't ride it a lot, thus don't want to spend a ton of money. Lighter is better, so not looking for any "aero" tubed bikes, since I think those are just marketing anyway.
