Simply looking for the above in either like new or new condition.

Riken, Elsa, or Red will work, don't need chain rings but fine if it comes with.

If you have something that fits the bill, let me know!

I have a 2015 Red22 Quarq, 172.5 BB30. $675 shipped. 55/42 rings.

I'm running a 10 speed Sram Red crank now, do you know if the rings and groupset would be compatible?

Yes. These are 11sp, but 11 is backwards compatible to 10. Easy.
