So, if it doesn't fit and doesn't work for you, then it doesn't matter either?! Honestly, a 54 or 56 from one brand can be vastly different from one from another brand... Also, a road bike is versatile and a tri bike more dedicated... I think if you can narrow it down to what you are actually looking for, you might be able to get a good deal from someone.

I have an 04/05 Elite TClass frame collecting dust I'd let go for super cheap. OEM Reynolds Ouzo Pro Aero Fork (cut real short though, but I think I have a high rise stem collecting dust somehwere). Its very clean, royal blue.
