Not sure how they differ, but I've got a pair of Hed Belgium C2s (23mm) with a Powertap Pro+ laced into the rear (built by Wheelbuilder.com) that I'd part out if you're interested?

looking for the plus rims only. They are wider both internal and external. Also, no need for powertap as I have a quarq. Thank you

I have a set with dura ace hubs. $450. Will include some GP4000s with plenty of life left, 25mm.
