Contact Cervelo. They sent me 3 free water bottles a few years ago.
I'm not sure about the cage. A buddy of mine couldn't find one so he had to build something with tape.

Cervélo does have bottles...your LBS can probably get a few if you can’t...

I've got 1 or 2 of them in my basement that I no longer need. One of them is cut on the bottom to act as a storage box. The other one has never been used (new)
