I had the old Shimano shoes for 6 years. Got these and they are just a touch too small. Stinks. I rode them 10-15 times. I tossed the liners that came with them and used the Specialized gree(high arch) inserts. I will include those or you can subtract 30 dollars and get your own inserts. Just FYI the Specialized inserts are fantastic, even though it is hard to stomach paying $30 for what probably cost $2 to produce.
