The Seatpost is 33cm long including saddle clamp. The measurement from the line marked "minimum insertion" to the end is 11cm. There is plenty of room for adjustment

Well, I'm 5'11 and with like a 130 stem and high stack, I could ride it(admittedly not well) but could feasibly do it.

Rough Guestimate on the question above. There is enough seatpost to allow for (approx) up to a 77cm saddle height.

I have a friend who's TT frame is cracked. i'll ask her if she wants to buy a whole new bike or just a frame that she can put all her old parts on. 77 ought to be enough saddle height (long legs, short torso).
