It holds 64oz.
I have been doing mainly sprints and oly's this year...it is a little too big for such.

what exactly, comes with this? I checked out the website. does it have the 9" or 18" mouthpiece positioner?

It includes everything in the standard kit. Which is the 9" extender. It is not missing any parts and includes two lids for the container...one for refilling on the fly and one standard lid.
