These are a take off of a Cervelo P5X. Road them for a couple weeks and they are just too deep for training. Come with rotors pictured. They are clinchers. They are 12mm thru axle. Can't say they are new since they have been ridden on, but look like it. They are boxed up (in a 2 wheel box) and ready to ship. $1200 shipped in the Cont. US.
