HED 3C front & rear wheels
includes Continental tubular tires and 10-speed cassette (Shimano)
purchased new in 2008, used only for racing (about 400 miles)
tires replaced in 2010 and have about 100 miles

Per the HED website, the front weighs 735 g and the rear weighs 880 g. These wheels are identical to the ones they sell now as HED3 (with different stickers)

The best I can tell, yes. From looking at the photos on the website, the tubular versions have the carbon track and the clinchers have the aluminum track. So instead of 'c' vs 'regular' they differentiate them by tubular vs clincher, now.
