Do these have a carbon breaking surface? And if you know the outer rim width, could you please share? Thanks

Yes they are a full carbon rim. Outer Width is 27.5mm

If you’re looking for something more shallow or narrow I have a set of enve 65mm depth that are 21.5 wide. Older design from them with dt Swiss 240 hubs and tubular also.
