I have a 2014 Cervelo S3 58cm. It has the dual position seat post. It has sram red 10 speed components with a rotor compact crank 50/34. It also has a set of zipp 303 firecrest clinchers. It has a 3T 42cm carbon handlebars. The stem is a 80mm aluminum stem. It currently has aero bars on it(not included) also not included pedals and water bottle cages.
It's in really good shape.
Worth noting the previous owner had a magnet epoxied on near the bottom bracket area, I took it off, I think I still have the magnet.
I'm asking $2700 and buyer pays shipping which will likely be about $175. If it's less by more than a few bucks I'll reimburse you.
I may consider parting it out,
