The problem is, we need a bike, not a frame. By the time one pays for this frame and buys parts, they will have more in it than if they bought a new Madone. And with the new Madone, you get a nice warranty.

I agree. Any chance you have a good set of wheels? I could see myself buying this if you included the cockpit and some race carbon wheels. Maybe 5k?
