Shimano front derailleur clamp, SM-AD91-MS, for 28.6 and 31.8 seat tubes. (It is labeled as a Dura-Ace product, but everything I read indicated it is the right one for GRX too.) $10
Bar-end shifters, Microshift BS-M11. 2/3x11 speed. (The front shifter is friction only, so it works with GRX, but this is the mountain rear shifter, so in index mode it requires a shimano MTB rear derailleur.) $60
