Blue/white pair have been worn a few times, but the size was not right for me. As you can see from photos, cleat area and sticker on insoles look perfect, they are in like new condition. Single Velcro strap and low-profile, micro-adjust buckle closure.

Both pairs of these cycling shoes are men's size 6.5 - 7 , which is 8 in women’s size. They are a unisex shoe, which is all Bont makes, they don’t specify men's or women’s shoes. These are a super pro-style shoe. Great for racing, triathlon, road riding, fitness, casual riding, or any type of cycling.

This is a pro style road cycling shoe with heat moldable soles. You actually put these shoes in your oven to heat them, then put them on so they mold to your foot – very high tech – and you can re-mold them over and over. Instructions on how to heat mold included with shoes. Sole is very stiff – just what you want to transfer power to your pedals. As Bont says on their website, "We make shoes for cycling, not walking"
