The steerer tube has about 48mm exposed above the top cap. No structural issues, and just a couple cosmetic chips. The serial number sticker went missing years ago--thru trend to fall off of Cannondales unfortunately. The bottom bracket cable guide is missing the tube that extends up towards the front derailleur, but I have a new one on the way. This frame was made in the USA and is ready for years of use! Frame, fork, FSA headset, and Nashbar seatpost are included.
