FS: '12 S-Works Tarmac w/ FLO wheelset

I’ve got a dream bike here. I built this from the ground up to be optimized for both climbing, descending and the flats. Here’s what I did.

I went light: this 56cm '12 S-Works frame is one of the lightest frames out there that can still perform well. The carbon bar is silly light, weighing 180g. Few bars exist that are in that range. Flo wheels are light for their shape and durability, and are definitely my favorite training wheel ever.

I geared it: If you want to hit the top step in a race or townline sprint, you need fast gears. 53/11 will get you there. But if you want to climb too, good luck with that 39 on anything over 10%. So I added WiFli. A standard 53/39 paired with an 11-32 gives you unbelievable range. It’s incredible. If you’re out for an easy ride and encounter a steep hill, you don’t have to kill yourself to get to the top. Maintain your “easy ride” plan and spin to the top.

I went aero: If you’ve spent much time here, you probably have heard about FLO cycling and the wheels they make. I picked up a pair of their 30’s and they’re just right. Crosswinds don’t bother them, descents and flats love them. They’re more aero than some 50mm deep wheels, as snappy as you’d want, and rock solid stiff.

Up, down, flat. This bike does it and does it well. It’s a great do it all bike for the racer or everyday rider.

Looking for $2600

I see you've resurrected this from a prior a post. Beautiful bike! I'll save you the hassle and note that it's 56cm even though the picture depicts this.
